Contents of the Course
Maritime law sections and subjects. Maritime Public Law, Maritime Administrative Law, Maritime Administrative Organization, its duties and powers. Safety of life and property at sea. Customs procedures and financial confidentiality. Ship, ship registry, donor, captain. Maritime Criminal Law, international regulations on maritime laws, General Maritime Law. Internal waters, territorial waters, international passages, wetland, blockade, embargo. Maritime Labor and Social Security Law.
