The aim of the course:
Objective of this course is to provide general knowledge on administrative law.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : list the principles and organizations of Turkish administrative law1,2
LO - 2 : explain the main principles of administrative law in practice1,2
LO - 3 : interpret the working of administration in terms of the knowledge of administrative law1,2
LO - 4 : present the problems in practice about administrative law1,2
LO - 5 : suggest solutions about various administrative problems in practice1,2

Contents of the Course
Public administration, rule of law, the general characteristic of Turkish administrative law, public service, administrative organization, central government, local governments, judicial control of public administration, administrative court system, judicial remedies and administrative procedures, public personnel and public domain, administrative acts and rule making law, secularism and the rule of law, the concept of the social state.
