The aim of the course:
The purpose of the course which is the continuity of labour market analysis I is to inform about the effects of government regulations and trade unions on the labour markets and then is to discuss the relationships among inflation, wages and unemployment.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

LO - 4 : determine the influence of activities of union on employment and unemployment. 1,2,5,91

Wage differentials and discrimination, trade unionism and effects on economy, collective bargaining and collective bargaining models, unemployment and labour markets, economic analysis of tade unions, economic effects of trade unions, inflation and wages, inflation and employment.
