The aim of the course:
It is concerned with the general principles of union law, collective bargaining, organization, content, types, benefits, collective labor disputes, consequences of violations of the collective bargaining agreement, strike and lockout

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Explains that collective bargaining is freely organized by social partners on the basis of collective autonomy1,2
LO - 2 : Explains the importance of trade unions role in the collective bargaining 1,2
LO - 3 : Explain strike and lockout rights1,2
LO - 4 : Explain the legal strike and its legal consequences1,2
LO - 5 : Explain illegal strike and its legal consequences1,2
