The aim of the course:
The aim of the course is to examine the effects of new developments on industrial relations by giving theoretical information about industrial relations.

Contents of the Course
Subject of industrial relations, development process, theories about industrial relations, parties of industrial relations, labor and employer unions, collective bargaining, collective labor disputes and solutions, new developments in industrial relations.
