Objectives of the Course
THE AIM IS TO INTRODUCE THE STUDENTS TO THE HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE RELATIONS BETWEEN TURKEY AND THE EUROPEAN UNION AND ALSO TO THE QUESTION OF IDENTITY ISSUE THAT MAY BE CONSIDERED PREVELANT IN THE RELATIONS BETWEEN TURKEY AND THE EUROPEAQN UNION.

THE HISTORICAL BACKGROUND OF THE RELATIONS BETWEEN TURKEY AND THE EUROPEAN UNION, THE APPLICATION PROCEDURE OF TURKEY COMPARED TO THE MEMBER STATES OF THE EU, THE ENLARGMENT PROCESS OF THE EU AS FOREIGN POLICY, MAIN PRINCIPLES IN ENLARGMENT PROCESS APPLIED TO TURKEY, THE QUESTION OF IDENTITY BETWEEN TURKEY AND THE EU
