The aim of the course:
The course aims to provide the students with a general knowledge about contemporary approaches in public management and their effects on Turkish public management.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : list contemporary approaches in public management.2,31,
LO - 2 : identify relationships among these approaches.2,31,
LO - 3 : demonsrate the effects of transforming Turkish public management according to these approaches.2,31,
LO - 4 : analyze emergence of each approach in terms of cultural, economical, political and historical context.2,31,
