The aim of the course:
Understanding Human Behaviors: To equip students with the ability to understand and explain how individuals behave and how interactions shape within organizations. Recognizing Organizational Culture: To assist students in understanding organizational culture and evaluating its impact on behavior within the organization. Examining Leadership and Motivation: To provide students with knowledge about leadership styles, motivation techniques, and factors influencing employee performance. Developing Communication and Collaboration Skills: To enhance students' communication skills and provide them with tools and methods to improve collaboration and teamwork abilities. Analyzing Group Dynamics: To provide information about the formation, structure, and functioning of groups, and to examine the relationships between groups. Teaching Conflict Management: To teach conflict resolution techniques and enhance students' abilities to effectively resolve conflicts in a positive manner.

Contents of the Course
In this course, students learn how individuals, groups, and organizations behave and why. Additionally, topics such as organizational culture, leadership, communication, motivation, group dynamics, and conflict management are taught.
