Project cycle management plays an important role in obtaining and properly managing the resources necessary for developing new products/services or solving problems in organizations. In this sense, this course improves the knowledge and skills of the participants in project design and management. Participants who take this basic training will have completed basic training on creating project ideas, preparing projects, presenting projects and executing projects for all organizations. In the training, the participants are also informed about the project implementation and financing processes specific to the project resources. |

European Union and other international funding sources, TUBITAK, Development Agencies, KOSGEB etc. Participants are given training within the framework of the Project Cycle Management (PCM) approach in order to gain the necessary knowledge and qualifications regarding project development, project presentation and project management related to national funding resources. In the content of the training, the processes from the idea formation stage to the completion stage of a project are discussed. In this context, in trainings; project cycle management logic, problem analysis, stakeholder analysis, goal analysis, strategy analysis, logic framework matrix, preparation of the action plan and budget, grant programs application forms recognition, as well as content; For scientific projects, both theoretical and practical trainings are given on identifying ideas, creating original values, developing methods and planning activities and budgets in research projects. |
