The aim of the course:
To teach the students how the Romans who came into Anatolia before the Turks acted in the Near East as a power and how ruled Anatolia during the hegemony.

Contents of the Course
Spread of the Roman Empire into the Mediterranean World and its rule in the Near East, its struggles with other powers for Anatolia, relations with Germen and Hunnic tribes in the Balkans, Roman Law System.
