The aim of the course:
Ottoman state organization, rise, political development and relations with Europe are examined. Accordingly, the historical and political mission assumed by the Ottoman state, the role played by developments in Europe and the European states that equilibrate how about a balance of elements are processed. Especially after the Ottoman Empire in 1699 Karlowitz Treaty on European policies in the political situation will be reviewed.
