Contents of the Course
Precipitation, agglutination (co-agglutination, hemagglutination, hemagglutination inhibition, Coombs reaction) , complement fixation test, immuneflourescence tests (direct/indirect) , ELISA, radioimmunoassay, chromatographic technics, lymphocyte tests, flow cytometry, electrophoresis, antigen preperation techniques, skin tests.
