General Information and Historical development of Internet. The administrative structure of Internet. Publishing on the Internet. Law no 5651, arrangements of publishing on the Internet . Cyber crimes. Violation of personal rights with publishing on the Internet. Electronical Signature. Obligation to web pages in capital companies. Personal information protection in electronical enviroment. Registered e-mail system. Violation of intellectual property rights on the Internet. Electronical evidence. Information security and secure Internet. Catalog crimes on the Internet. Blocking of internet Access. Criminal and harmful contents on the Internet.
