Objectives of the Course
To provide students to gain the skill of using one of the AutoCAD systems in planning.

Contents of the Course

Introducing CAD systems in general- development, principles and application; two dimensional drawings on selected CAD programme; Project design and updating; Digitising.

Explanation of the study area,promotion of menus,line/erasr commands

 Week 3

Construction line / polyline / copy / polar / osnop / otrack / ortho, the use of these commands and implementing in the study design.

Rectangle / polygon / circle / move / rotate / trim / extend command of the issues to be presented and assignments given

 Week 5

Spline / arc / cloud / offset / mirror / array commands to tell the application of study design, collection of duties

 Week 6

To explain Ellipse / elliptical arc to / point / hatch / gradient / scale / strecth / break / break at point

 Week 7

Region / insert block / make block / table / join / chamfer / filet / explode / MULTILINE text commands to be presented

 Week 8

All the learned commands that can be used to be drawn as a public housing project.

The opening of the JPEG file in the AutoCAD program,the scale to be explained and the working introduction to digitization.
