Objectives of the Course
Learn legal dimension in social life; conceive formation and transformation of law; know legal planning systems; analyze institutions and authorities in planning; understand unviersal basics of planning through comparison of international planning systems with the legal frame of Turkish planning system

Legal structure of planning; basic laws, regulations and circulars; planning authorities (central and local); various plan types and hierarchical integration; phases of plan making, plan amendment, plan approval, plan implementation, plan monitoring
