The aim of the course:
The aim of this course is to know and practice the electric and gas welding methods used in pipe welding processes.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : He/she can perform electric arc and oxy-acetylene gas welding.3,61,
LO - 2 : He/she can weld in different welding positions.3,61,

Contents of the Course
Welding electrodes and their properties, welding methods of gas welding, special considerations for pipe welding, pressure regulator, welding methods, welding methods and principles, electric arc welding methods, electric arc welding and puncture, preparing for pipe welding, spotting of steel pipes, joining of steel sheets, setting the flame, puncturing the workpiece with oxy-acetylene source, joining the sheets, joining the pipes, making hot bending.
