Mesopotamian history and archeology starting from the Uruk period at the end of the 4th millennium to the end of the Akkadian period at the end of the 3rd millennium will be covered in this course. The archaeological settlements of Uruk, Jemdet Nasr, Early Dynasties and the Akkadian period and the materials obtained from these areas will be introduced with their characteristic features. Also, developments in recording technology during these periods constitute the content of this course. |
