The aim of the course:
The main objective is to help the students to understand the historical and contemporary development of international law, the characteristics of international actors, and the specific areas of the international law.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

LO - 2 : identify the legal characteristics of international actors21,
LO - 3 : have a detailed knowledge about specific areas in international law21,

Contents of the Course
The history and sources of international law as well as spefic topics of the subject including state jurisdiction, international organizations and international sea law will be examined in the course.
