The aim of the course:
To have advanced knowledge about how all instruments of foreign trade policy are applied to ensure external balances, to be able to implement these policies, to discuss the results of past practices, to provide consultancy on this subject, and to have the competence to provide training on the subject.

Contents of the Course
Theses defending protectionism, Purposes and tools of foreign trade policy, Customs tariffs, quotas, import bans, exchange control, import guarantees, multiple exchange rate applications, differential taxes, subsidies, export taxes, export subsidies, Dumping, Export promotion, revenue mechanism, interest mechanism, exchange rate mechanisms, effects of monetary policy on external balance, effects of fiscal policy on external balance.
