The aim of the course:
Using real examples from the medical literature, this course will introduce you to clinical research and applied statistics. This course will prepare you to critically read and understand the medical literature.

Contents of the Course
Exploratory vs. onfirmatory Studies, Target Population vs. Study Population, Casual Inference, Case-control studies, Cohort studies, Randomized clinical trials, Hypothesis Testing, Power and Sample Size, Confidence Intervals, Multiple Comparisons, Predictors and Outcomes, Analysis for Continuous Outcome, Analysis for Categorical Outcome, Analysis for Time-to-event Outcome.
