The aim of the course:
Include presentation of general and special molecular diagnostic approaches in the diagnosis of infectious diseases

Contents of the Course
Basic principles of molecular assays; isolation of nucleic acid material from clinical specimens, PCR, demonstration of product; hybridization, PFGE; the use of molecular methods in epidemiological studies.
