Students will understand every stage of the qualitative research process, grasp ethical principles, and develop skills in designing and conducting their own research projects. |

What is qualitative research? A general introduction to qualitative research methods and philosophy.
? Determining research questions, participant selection, choosing data collection methods (interviews, focus groups, observation, etc.), and creating a data analysis plan.
? Detailed examination of basic data collection methods used in qualitative research, sampling strategies, and planning the data collection process.
? Learning basic techniques for analyzing qualitative data, coding process, identifying themes, and interpreting analysis results.
? Emphasis on ethical issues in the research process, participant confidentiality, consent procedures, and principles of scientific integrity.
? Creating a theoretical framework in the qualitative research process, literature review strategies, and establishing theoretical connections based on research questions.
? Converting qualitative research findings into written reports, reporting standards, and effectively presenting findings.
? Providing students with the opportunity to design and implement their own projects using qualitative research methods. |
