In addition to historical development of parlaimanets, the course is also intended to provide detailed informaion about the rules, procedures and practices of Grand National Assembly of Turkey. |

Historical development of parliament in Turkey and the world, Turkish parliamentary movements, legal and conceptual framework about legislation and the legislative organ, parliamentary incompatibilities, immunity and the parliamentary discipline, administrative organisation of The Assembly, duties and powers of GNAT, law making process and the parliamentary scrutiny, The Bureau, Plenary, Political Party Groups and Committees of Grand National Assembly of Turkey, The Bord of Spokespersons, legislative procedures and rules of plenary sittings. |
