The aim of the course:
The course has two parametric cases. One of the main case is artifical intelligence and social sciences. The other case is policy makers' initiatives. These initiatives and the reports will be evaluated in this course.

Contents of the Course
Artificial intelligence is the numerical intelligence technique for managing the machines and robots which are human-made. Artificial intelligence has a technical area arithmetic but states have some political agendas for this area. This area presents alternative solutions to people about problem solving and learning and in that case this area is being argued as a central form for the future. In this point the main content of the course is states' politics and their initiatives.
