The aim of the course:
In this course is aimed to inform the students about the human resources management in nursing, to have skills about planning and programming of human resouces, and to gain skill observing and appraising the appproaches and applications in healthcare organizations.

Contents of the Course
The important of human resources management, factors affecting human resources, planning of human resources, job analysis and job description, determination of human resources requirements, supply, selection, placement, training, career planning, payment administration, job evaluation, performance evalution, occupational safety and health, job alıgned with employees.
