The aim of the course:
The course aims to provide the students with general knowledge on the theory and practise of human rights law, to enable them to understand and explain their rights and freedoms.

Contents of the Course
The concept of human rights, historical and juridical background of human rights theory, united nations and human rights, European system and human rights, the international bill of human rights, the domestic protection of human rights, the international protection of human rights, the substantive rights, national, regional and international jurisprudence.
