Types of microscopes. Preparing of specimen and microslides. Microscopical analyses on fibre Type and its origin. Stains and their staining reactions. Determination of pulp type. Pulping process and the amount of bleaching according to staining reactions. Measuring of fiber size, Sheet strength and fiber size relations examination of cross section of paper. Examination of paper surface. |
