The aim of the course:
The main objectives of this course are to provide the student with a clear presentation of the basic concepts, recent and important molecular biology techniques and principles of related subjects.

Equipment And Chemicals For Molecular Research Laboratory, DNA and RNA Isolation Techniques, Gel Electrophoresis, Blotting Techniques, PCR Techniques And Futures, DNA Sequencing, RFLP, Hybridization Techniques, Mutation Analysing Techniques, ELISA, Cell Culturing And Stem Cell Techniques, Cancer, Cytogenetic Techniques, FISH, HLA Tissue Separation, Flow Cytometric Analysis.
