To inform students some errors and solutions of the some technics of molecular biology

Contents of the Course
Getting what you need from a supplier , the preparation of buffers and other solutions, working safely with biological samples and radioactive materials, DNA and RNA purification, PCR, electrophoresis, nucleic acid hybridization, expression systems, theoretical faults and solutions made in these technics.
