The aim of the course:
This course is designed to present an introduction to the general properties of terrestian plants structures in a comperative sence.

Contents of the Course
The historical perspective of comperative anatomy. cell structures used in comperative anatomy ( starch, pigments and ergastic substances etc). Epidermal systems and their properties (stomata, tricomes and glands). Basic plant tissue: comperative properties of parenchyma, collenchyma, scleranchyma and vascular systems (xylem and phloem) in distict terrestial plants. anatomy of nodes and internodes. The primary and secondery structures of stem and root in different level of terrestial plants.
