Definition, species of free radicals, free oxygen radicals, hazardous of free radicals on organisms, free radicals scavenging activities, antioxidants, potential marker of oxidative stres, antioxidants, enzymatic antioxidants. nonenzymatic antioxidants. measurements of total antioxidant capacity.antioxidant capacity of foods. phenolic compounds and antioxidant effects
