The aim of the course:
To understand of Enzyme kinetic, To teach the effect of different parameters on enzyme activity and stability and discussion of structure

Determination of industrial enzyme activity, investigation of the effect of protein concentration on enzyme activity, the effect of substrate concentration, pH, temperature, inhibitors and matel ions on enzyme activity, investigation of the thermal stability of an enzyme, electrophoretic determination of proteins, discussion of protein structure with data
