The aim of the course:
The course aims to provide the students with knowledge on planting design applications in urbanized areas, to enable them to understand how planting design applications can be made in urbanized areas.

The meaning and concept of planting design, importance of green coverage and planting, general properties, public, private and semi-public areas and planting, in urban areas. Green coverage typology and planting design characteristics of typology, planting design and techniques of some residential, transportation, governmental, industrial, commercial, parks, circus and examples from Turkey and the world
