The aim of this course is ecosystem based coastal landscape planning and characterizations of coastal landscapes

Contents of the Course
Coastal landscape formations, the importance of coastal areas in terms of landscape design, definition of landscape character, landscape character assessment in coastal zones, coastal plantations, temporal changes of coastal landscapes, coast-human interaction and coastal parks, benefit of coastal green space facilities, coastal effects in determining city identity, rehabilitation of coastal landscapes.
