The aim of the course:
The purpose of this course is to educate postgraduate students on ecolabelling of seafood so that they can assist seafood industry on preventing environment.

Contents of the Course
Ecolabeling of seafoods: the basic concept. The economics of ecolabelling. FAO Guidelines of ecolabelling for wild capture fish. Certification issues. Trade Standards for different fish products, Measuring the success of seafood ecolabelling. Case studies on seafood ecolabelling in the world.
