The aim of the course:
The aim of the course is to provide the student to make ready oceanographic and meteorological instruments for research or working activities and to bring in abilty of the oceanographic properties measuring .

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
PO - 1 : measure and collect data and be able to analyse the results2,3,4
PO - 2 : apply various techniques and measuring in search of oceanographic and meteorological properties2,3,4
PO - 3 : present before an audience the results and outcome of any exercis2,3,4

Contents of the Course
Contents of the course are; Fundamental properties of the atmosphere, oceans and seas, importance of oceanography, measurement methods of the oceanographic and meteorological parameters, instrumental measuring techniques, calibration and error control and corrections, planning of measurements and data arrangement .
