The aim of the course:
To teach feeding behavior of fish, feed manufacture, and feeding practices.

Contents of the Course
Feeding behavior and regulation of food intake in fish. Digestive system and nutrient digestibility. Bioenergetics. Protein, lipid, carbohydrate, vitamins and minerals. Ontogeny, development and digestive physiology of fish larvae. Feeding fish larvae with artificial feed. Raw materials and additives used in fish feeds. Formulation of feeds for aquaculture and feed manufacture. Feeding practices.
