The aim of the course:
To teach modelling approaches and a practical programming environment to the students of biological sciences

Contents of the Course
Exploring how you conceptualize problems in aquatic ecosystems, common ways of describing relationships in mathematics, modeling types (deterministic and stochastic), parameter or constant estimation using optimization techniques, validation of models and developing an example
