Quality management in the forest products industry, graphical analysis in quality management, quality circles, flow charts, brainstorming, Pareto analysis, cause-and-effect diagrams, scatter diagrams, control charts, process capability, six sigma, basic statistical quality parameters, quality applications in forest industry
