| Common knowledge about compact laminate; definitions, descriptions and historical development. Obtaining of raw materials and quality control operations (humidity and weight in grams tests of Kraft paper , density of phenol formaldehyde resin, flowing time, jell time, water tolerance ,solid material tests). To prepare resin recipes. The impregnation of papers and tests after impregnation (humidity, weight in grams tests), cutting dimensions. The production of compact laminate (product preparing and pressing) and quality control tests (control of dimensions, determination of physical and mechanical properties). |
