The aim of the course:
Introduction to wood plastic composite raw materials, machines, production systems, history of production, general technologyParticle preparation, Drying of chips, conveying of chips, storage of chips, Dosing, Chip blending, Mat laying, Prepressing, Wetting, Flat Pressing, board finising, covering of surface, special porcesses, properties of board, testing and standarts, techological propertiesSuggestion of solving problems in production lines

Contents of the Course
Introduction about Wood Plastic Composites, Raw materials which are used in WPC manufacturing, using range and properties of wood, plastic and additives materials, WPC manufacturing methods (extrusion, injection moulding, pressure/non-pressure moulding and production of pellets) , using machine of WPC manufacturing, raw materials selection and obtaining methods according to manufacturing methods, effect of raw materials properties on physical and mechanical properties of WPC.
