The aim of the course:
Acoustic design of rooms serving different functions. Evaluations in terms of subjective and objective parameters for simulated rooms.

Contents of the Course
Behaviour of sound in rooms. Historical evolution of room acoustic. Design principles in terms of acoustic of rooms serving different functions. Materials for room acoustic design and material selections. Subjective and objective parameters. Calculation methods of room acoustic parameters. Measurement techniques of room acoustic parameters. Computer simulations for the parameters. Evaluation for obtained results from computer simulations. Redesign of rooms for bad acoustic condition.
