The aim of the course:
To provide an understanding of the approaches that prioritize the user and proceed through the presence of the user in the design, both in the theoretical and practical fields; raising awareness, knowledge and understanding about universal design among these approaches.

Contents of the Course
User concept, types of users; ergonomics, anthropometry concepts and their relations with the user; user-based approaches and design ideas: user satisfaction, user participation, post occupancy evaluation; understanding historical process, principles of universal design, raising awareness about users in design
