The aim of the course:
The course aims to provide the students with a general knowledge of the organometalic compounds and their chemical composition and binding mode, to enable them to understand in which conditions related chemical reactions could be occurred , to help them use their knowledge to understand the chemical processes taking place in laboratory/industry and on the earth.

Learning OutcomesCTPOTOA
Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : describe the organometalic structure and be able explain its chemical formation1,2,3,4,5,6,7,81
LO - 2 : describe the chemical composition of these compounds1,2,3,4,5,6,7,83,5
LO - 3 : apply various techniques in production of the corresponding compounds1,2,3,4,5,6,7,83,5
LO - 4 : evaluate the results of a chemical sampling programme and determine areas of potential interest1,2,3,4,5,6,7,81
CTPO : Contribution to programme outcomes, TOA :Type of assessment (1: written exam, 2: Oral exam, 3: Homework assignment, 4: Laboratory exercise/exam, 5: Seminar / presentation, 6: Term paper), LO : Learning Outcome
