The aim of the course:
This course is aimed to gain that proficiency in foreign languages ​​to provide guests with the provision of information.

abbreviation and words in reservation, reservations for arrivals by type of, booking room types, reservation according to the state board, Booking Types / cancel a booking / reservation confirmation, Check-in list/ Check-out list, Guest in house list/ Vip list, Lost and Found Procedure, natural beauty of the region, historical sites in the region, shopping malls in the region, the region's transportation facilities, recreational areas in the region

 Week 1The names of materials, tools and equipments for housekeeping
 Week 2To understand and provide guests need in housekeeping
 Week 3Presantation of servive signs in the room and to give information about them to the guests (for example: Do Not Disturb sign, Please Make Up My Room sign, Please Pick Up My Laundry sign.)
 Week 5To explain the Lost and Found Procedure to the guests, to help guests in the loss of their goods, to lend some hotel materials to the guests
 Week 6accident and first aid in the housekeeping, to give some materials to the guests who Don't have (tooth brush, socks, pencil)
 Week 7To understand and solve all the bathroom's problem, room's problem and toilets problem, to give information about babysitting
 Week 8Mid-term exam
 Week 9To give information about laundry, to solve all the problems about laundry and guest's clothes
