Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : must be able to describe the production of writing and printing papers and the applied surface treatments1,3
LO - 2 : Be able to understand printing techniques1,3
LO - 3 : Establish a relationship between packaging and wrapping paper production and modification processes applied1,3
LO - 4 : Be able to comprehend cardboard and corrugated cardboard production and applied physical and mechanical tests1,3
LO - 5 : able to identify the production of cleaning papers.1,3
LO - 6 : able to compile and interpret this information before the final exam1,3

Contents of the Course
Examination of pulp types used in special paper production. Chemical and mineral substances used in the production of special paper types. Cardboard Production. Production of packaging papers. Tissue paper production. Production of cigarette and filter papers. Test methods applied to special papers. Printing techniques.
