The aim of the course:
Increasing trade pressure and competitive conditions to respond rapidly to customer requests, to expand market share of firms, to provide cost reductions, to provide different points of view to production units and to provide opportunities for engineer candidates to work in this area by providing a cooperation environment.

Contents of the Course
The benefits that supply chain management will provide to the firm will be explained. It will be assessed how firms should behave differently and how much they should use outsourcing according to different competitive environment.
