The aim of the course:
To give information about efficient energy usage and energy politics in the world, to introduce measuring systems and devices used for energy management programs in factories, to teach the energy analysis process, ideal insulation thickness calculation and some economic analysis methods for new energy technology investments in industrial facilities.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

LO - 2 : Will be able to calculate energy and mass balance in industrial facilities1,2,10

LO - 4 : Will be able to apply appropriate economic analysis methods to efficient energy technology investments in facilities1,2,10
