The aim of the course:
The main goal of this course is to give knowledge about first of all the concept of cultivated mushrooms, and special production methods and technical aprroaches.

Contents of the Course
Cultivated mushroom species, production amount of cultivated mushroom in Turkey and in the world, definition of ecological and physical conditions needed to grow cultivated mushroom production techniques of cultivated mushrooms, production techniques of mycelium, encountered diseases during the production process of cultivated mushrooms and prevention techniques.
