The aim of the course:
To introduce information about the methods of theoretical and practical on the extraction of natural materials

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
PO - 1 : Students learn how to extract holosides (diholosides and polyholosides) and glycosides from plant material
PO - 2 : Students learn how to extract tannins from plant material
PO - 3 : Students learn how to extract lipids from plant and animal materials
PO - 4 : Students learn how to extract volatile oils from plant material
PO - 5 : Students learn how to extract alkaloids from plant material
PO - 6 : Students learn how to extract vitamins, proteic compounds from plant and animal materials
